Alivio Schedule Display

Upload the Provider Information Excel and at least one Provider Schedule Excel file.

Schedules will be generated for the selected locations found in the uploaded provider schedule files, displayed on a single calendar.

Providers are always displayed in different colors based on age coverage:
  • Red: Covers all age groups (Newborn-5mo, 6mo-9yo, 10-17yo, 18-20yo, 21-24yo, 25+yo).
  • Blue: Covers patients above 18 (18-20yo, 21-24yo, 25+yo).
  • Green: Covers patients under 18 (Newborn-5mo, 6mo-9yo, 10-17yo).
  • Purple: Covers only patients above 25 (25+yo).
  • Black: Other coverage combinations.
